What is PRO-MATIC? How does PRO-MATIC work?

PRO-MATIC is a proven alternative to the use of commercial sanitizing chemicals in pools and spas. There are three components to PRO-MATIC, two product components which are attatched to the pool filtration system. The third component is pure, natural salt (evaporated ocean salt), which is added and disolved directly into the pool water - creating a very mild salt water solution.

PURE, NATURAL, PROCESS....

As the mild salt water passes through the in-line PRO-MATIC 'cell', electrolysis converts a portion of the dissolved salt into a pure, effective sanitizer (the same effective sanitizer, in part, as would result if chlorine was added to the water - but without the potentially dangerous chlorine compounds and the obnoxious chemical effects commonly associated with manual chlorination - and without the need to handle chemicals). The sanitizer produced by PRO-MATIC will effectively keep your pool water safe, healthy and crystal clear, by oxidizing (killing) any unwanted bacteria, virus and algae which may be present in the water. This automatic process does not consume the salt, but simply re-cycles it, over and over again.
